Greenacres Residential Care has a unique level of psychiatric and mental health experience in its administrative team who have the shared objective of bringing a fresh approach to providing behavioral support for psychiatric residents in Washington State.

The owners of the facility are all Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (NPs). Our staff is proud of the high standards of service we provide to our residents. Administration takes daily steps to master the operations of ESF facilities and streamline operations.

Person Centered Care

We provide specific person centered care planning to help support and serve each individual resident in a way that will promote their success. Greenacres gives people a place to live in between behavioral health hospitals and complete independent living. We provide the behavioral health support they need to help keep them stable, on their medications, and living life to its fullest.

Evaluate

We evaluate each person’s unique situation and needs to provide specific person-centered care.  Planning their therapeutic process to help support and serve each individual resident in a way that will promote success.

Balance

Finding balance is a practice that takes time. Greenacres helps residents by providing the behavioral health support they need to keep them stable as they embark on the next chapter of their lives.

Grow

Residents can grow in a healthy environment and become more independent with support. They can enjoy the activities offered on site at Greenacres, or explore the surrounding area with conveniences such as the bus and shopping.

Our Enhanced Services Facility

Greenacres is a beautiful new enhanced services facility (ESF) being in Spokane Valley. It holds a 16 bed residential care facility for long term care and behavioral support. The ESF gives people who are ready to discharge from state and local behavioral health hospitals a place to live while they receive therapy.
